1. Who we are and what these terms do
Navora is an iOS app published by Digiruu Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09949884), registered office Suite 6 Mercer Manor Barns, Sherington, Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, England, MK16 9PU (“Navora”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Digiruu Ltd. They govern your use of the Navora app and any subscription you buy through it.
By downloading, creating an account, or using Navora, you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data and forms part of these Terms.

2. What Navora is — and what it isn’t
Navora is a tool for writing down intentions and releasing them. It is designed for personal reflection, focus and daily ritual.
Please read this carefully:
- We do not promise that anything you write will come true. Navora is not a means of causing events in the world. Setting an intention in Navora will not, in itself, cure an illness, produce money, secure a job, or bring you a partner. Nothing in the app or our marketing should be read as a guarantee of any outcome, result, or improvement in your circumstances.
- Navora is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional advice, and is not a substitute for it. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
- Navora is not a crisis or mental-health service. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.
- Do not delay or stop seeking professional advice — medical, financial, legal or otherwise — because of anything you read or write in Navora.
Any decision you make about your health, your money, your career or your relationships is yours, and you take it at your own risk.
3. Who can use Navora
You must be at least 16 years old to use Navora. By using the app you confirm that you are.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and you must not be barred from using the app under the laws of the UK or your country of residence.
4. Your account
You’ll need an account to send intentions. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to tell us promptly at info@digiruu.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. One account per person; don’t share it.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. When you do, we delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. The free tier
Navora is free to use, with limits:
- You can send up to 3 intentions per calendar day, across all life aspects combined.
- The free tier is supported by advertising (see section 9).
- Streaks, insights, progress tracking, custom life aspects and the AI coach are reserved for paid tiers.
We may change the free tier’s limits or features. If we reduce them materially, we’ll tell you in advance.
6. Subscriptions: Navora+ and Navora+ Infinite
6.1 What each tier includes
- Navora+ — unlimited intentions, no ads, streaks, insights, progress tracking and custom life aspects.
- Navora+ Infinite — everything in Navora+, plus the AI intention coach (section 7).
We may add to, change, or remove features within a tier. If we materially reduce what your tier includes, we’ll tell you in advance and you can cancel.
6.2 Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store, and Apple’s terms govern the transaction.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings — not in Navora. We cannot cancel it for you.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not end your current period: you keep access until it expires.
6.3 Prices
Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency and may vary by country and over time. If we increase the price of your subscription, Apple will notify you and you must consent before the higher price is charged; if you don’t, your subscription will not renew.
6.4 Refunds
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases — we cannot issue them. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s refund decision is final and is made under its own policies.
6.5 Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)
If you’re a consumer in the UK or EEA, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made at a distance and get a refund.
Because you get immediate access to a paid tier as soon as you subscribe, you are asking us to begin supplying the service straight away, and you acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once the service has been fully supplied. Where the service has been partly supplied within those 14 days, you may still cancel and receive a proportionate refund for what remains.
This right does not affect your statutory rights. In practice, refunds are administered by Apple (section 6.4).
7. The AI intention coach (Navora+ Infinite)
The coach is an optional feature. You describe, in your own words, what you’re facing, and it suggests three intentions you could send.
By using it, you agree that:
- What you type is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the suggestions. It is not stored by us. This is the only feature in Navora that transmits text you write. If you would rather nothing you write ever left your device, simply don’t use it — every other part of Navora works without it. See our Privacy Policy, section 5.
- Please don’t type anything you wouldn’t want processed by a third party, and don’t include other people’s personal information.
- The suggestions are generated by an AI model. They may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or simply wrong. They are prompts for reflection, not advice, and we don’t review them before you see them. Use your judgement.
- Suggestions are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice (section 2 applies in full).
- Fair use: the coach is limited to 30 requests per user per day. We may change this limit, or suspend the coach, to protect the service from abuse or excessive cost.
- The coach may be unavailable if our AI provider is down. That is not a breach of these Terms and does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Your content
Your intentions. The text you write and send as an intention is never transmitted to us and never stored — not on our servers, not on your device. We therefore claim no rights over it whatsoever. We record only that an intention was sent, its life aspect, and when.
Custom life aspects and coach input. The names you give custom life aspects, and anything you type into the coach, are processed as set out in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of that content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process it solely to operate the features you’re using — nothing else. We will never use it for advertising, and we will never sell it.
You are responsible for what you write. Don’t submit content that is unlawful, that infringes anyone’s rights, or that contains other people’s personal information.
9. Advertising
The free tier displays ads, served by Google AdMob. We don’t choose which specific ads you see and we’re not responsible for advertisers’ content, products or services. Interacting with an ad is a matter between you and the advertiser.
Navora+ and Navora+ Infinite are ad-free.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data is shared with advertising partners, and how to limit it.
10. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- use Navora unlawfully, or to harass, abuse or harm anyone;
- try to bypass tier restrictions, usage limits or payment (including tampering with the app or our API);
- reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code, except to the extent the law says you may;
- use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the service;
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of Navora;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the service, or use it in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these rules (section 13).
11. Our intellectual property
Navora — its name, logo, software, design, animations, copy and content — belongs to Digiruu Ltd and is protected by law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Navora on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. That’s all — no other rights are granted.
12. Availability, changes, and our responsibility for the service
We work hard to keep Navora running, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features — or the whole app — at any time. If we discontinue a paid tier you’ve bought, we’ll give you reasonable notice and, where fair, a proportionate refund via Apple.
Navora is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to services supplied with reasonable care and skill.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Navora and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if we’re required to by law. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
If we terminate your account for breach, you won’t get a refund for any unused subscription period. If we terminate it for any other reason, you may be entitled to a proportionate refund.
Sections 2, 8, 11, 14, 15 and 16 survive termination.
14. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any decision you take, or don’t take, on the basis of anything in Navora — including any intention you set or any suggestion the AI coach produces. Section 2 applies.
- We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
- We are not liable for any outcome you hoped for and did not get.
- Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) £100.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms do not affect, and we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we’ll give you reasonable notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Navora after that means you accept the new Terms. If you don’t accept them, stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the country where you live — and you get the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply there. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If something’s gone wrong, please email info@digiruu.com first. We’d much rather sort it out directly.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Navora.
- Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours if we sell or reorganise the business, as long as it doesn’t reduce your rights.
- Third parties. Except as stated in section 18 (Apple), no one other than you and us has rights under these Terms.
18. Apple-specific terms
These terms are required because Navora is distributed through Apple’s App Store. They apply in addition to everything above.
- This agreement is between you and Digiruu Ltd only — not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Navora or its content.
- Licence scope. Your licence to use Navora is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and support. Digiruu Ltd is solely responsible for support and maintenance. Apple has no obligation to provide any support for Navora.
- Warranty. In the event of any failure of Navora to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you (where applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Navora. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, not Apple’s.
- Product claims. Digiruu Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Navora, including product liability claims, any claim that Navora fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that Navora infringes their intellectual property rights, Digiruu Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Contact. Questions, complaints or claims about Navora should be directed to info@digiruu.com.
