Build a mobile app for users to manage their airtime contract
Working with a complex backend architecture, we were challenged to build a new mobile app designed to help users manage their airtime contract including seeing their data allowance, buying more data and managing multiple accounts.
SOLUTION
iOS and Android mobile app
Bespoke mobile apps that seamlessly integrate into the vendor's backend system allowing users to sign up, purchase airtime contracts and manage their data. Users can also activate their sim card and transfer their existing number all on the app.
RESULT
A first-of-its-kind mobile experience
Users are able to purchase an airtime contract quicker than any of the major UK providers (less than a minute) through a unique mobile experience designed to optimise key decisions. Customers can request support through an integrated chat function and easily make new purchases with our Stripe integration.
